Im Life Fitnessclub arbeiten wir nach einem wissenschaftlich fundierten Trainingskonzept. Dazu bei tragen die Universitäten in Bayreuth und Vechta.
Wir stellen Ihre Gesundheit und Fitness auf vier Säulen: individuelles Rückentraining, Abnehmen/Körper formen, Präventivarbeit und kardiopulmunales Training (Training nach Herzpuls). Sie werden betreut von Gesundheitstrainern, diplomierten Ernährungsberatern, Diät-Assistenten Präventions- und Reha-Trainer sowie Physiotherapeuten.
Unser Ziel: mehr Lebensqualität durch gesundes und körperbewusstes Training. Im Life Fitnessclub trainiert man auf ganzheitlicher Basis.
